Allows you to partially pause your subscription for up to three(3) months, reducing your monthly subscription by 50%.
  • Why: Because we have worked with clients who sometimes have to pause new development because of business needs. With active pause, you can do so without having to be on the hook for resources. Can you do that with in-house talent?

  • How: It's simple, just contact your account rep and let them know that you want to enable active pause for up to three (3) months. With active pause enabled, we will continue maintaining your solutions already in production while reducing your monthly subscription by 50%. Doing so ensures that infrastructure and services are maintained until you are ready to resume new development.

Flex Support
Allows you to build solutions faster when you need it and then flexes back down when done.
  • Why: Because while most organizations are OK with the delivery cycle they select, there are times where a solution needs to be deployed faster. Flex support allows you to flex up to complete a project faster by adding more resources onto the project. The team size then automatically flexes back down once the project is completed. This provides clients with the ability to work faster when needed without overhead.

  • How: It's simple, just contact your account rep and let them know that you want to enable support for a delivery cycle. During that delivery cycle additional hours will be added to the team in an effort to shorten the time to delivery. Flexing up incurs a hourly cost increase. Once the delivery circle is complete, the team flexes back down to the base subscription fee level.

By default, we only build one solution at a time in the factory. Insta Scale support allows you to temporarily add more resources to your team so that you can do multiple projects in a delivery cycle.
  • Why: Because we have noticed throughout the years that sometimes there organizations may have the need to address multiple project at a time due to strategic and operational priorities.

  • How: It's simple, just contact your account rep and let them know that you want to enable Insta Scale Support for a delivery cycle. During that delivery cycle an additional Intelligent Automation Teams will be deployed on your engagement to handle the additional concurrent projects. Scaling up incurs an additional cost. Once the delivery circle is complete, the team scales back to the base subscription fee level.
